1. Mold Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for formulating and driving mold projects, as well as tracking project progress;

2. Responsible for handling exceptions and coordinating the resolution of various issues;

3. Responsible for delivery schedule matters, etc.

Job Requirements:

1. Associate’s degree or higher, with at least 10 years of experience in mold-related manufacturing;

2. Strong learning ability, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

3. Priority will be given to candidates with experience inspecting work at large, foreign-invested mold-making factories.

2. PMC Planner

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for managing production planning and converting orders into production schedules;

2. Monitor production progress and product inventory levels, and make timely adjustments to the production plan.

3. Responsible for preparing procurement plans and subcontracting processing plans;

4. Ensure that the production plan meets the requirements of contractual orders;

5. Responsible for preparing the company’s daily and monthly production reports.

Job Requirements:

1. Associate’s degree or higher, with at least 5 years of experience in planning;

2. Familiar with ISO 9000 documentation, possesses relevant experience in planning and management, and demonstrates strong communication and coordination skills.

3. Mold Design Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the design of precision plastic molds, ensuring mold quality and service life.

2. Maintain effective communication with clients, accurately understand their requirements, and design molds accordingly.

3. Optimize the mold design process to enhance design efficiency and quality.

Job Requirements:

1. Associate’s degree or higher, with at least 10 years of experience in precision plastic mold design.

2. Candidates with a background in mold design and manufacturing are preferred.

4. Engineering Materials R&D Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for new materials research and development;

2. Prepare and manage materials and documentation, and ensure seamless coordination and communication with all relevant departments.

3. Other tasks assigned by the leadership.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in plastic molding, polymer science, chemical engineering, or materials science;

2. Candidates must have relevant experience in the research and development of engineering plastic formulations.

5. Technical Project Officer

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for tracking the progress of new product projects, providing technical support throughout the development and pilot production phases, and continuously resolving product issues until mass production is achieved.
2. Complete the technical process documentation for new products;
3. Other tasks assigned by the leadership.

Job Requirements:
1. Associate’s degree or higher; 5+ years of experience in automotive mold project management.

2. Familiar with national and industry standards as well as relevant technical requirements.
 

6. HRBP

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for talent recruitment, organizing and executing job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and related tasks in accordance with organizational needs.

2. Responsible for revising the performance appraisal system and reviewing employee compensation disbursements;

3. Responsible for managing and coordinating employee relations;

4. Responsible for personnel file management and employee relations maintenance;

5. In accordance with the company’s training and education policies, organize and implement employee training programs.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above through the national unified enrollment system, majoring in human resources; at least 2 years of experience in human resources.

2. Familiar with HR process frameworks, with proven expertise in one or more functional areas such as recruitment, compensation and performance management, employee relations, or organizational development; experience in human resources management within a large-scale manufacturing enterprise is highly preferred.

3. Has undergone training in human resource management and related fields, is well-versed in relevant HR laws and policies, and possesses extensive legal expertise and a strong awareness of risks.

4. Possesses strong communication and coordination skills, as well as a strong team spirit;

5. Possesses data analysis and processing skills and is proficient in using common office software.
